Last night was the best I slept since my injury, so thank you for the energy session Maddie. It was great. I could definitely tell with my sleep pattern on my Oura Ring that it helped me. That is what I love about that stuff, it is so objective, no matter what people say. I got my readings from my Oura Ring for the last two weeks and the ONLY thing I did different yesterday was your treatment. My heart rate variability went up and my respiratory rate went down.
